Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with
The OneBookPlus platform is operated by OneBookPlus (ABN 17 971 013 775), an Australian business. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
OneBookPlus is a software-as-a-service business management platform for Australian small businesses, covering invoicing, bookings, quotes, CRM, accounting, marketing, and additional apps available through the App Marketplace. Features may be added, updated, or retired over time.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials and any second-factor devices.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Your data
- You retain ownership of all data you put into OneBookPlus.
- You grant us a licence to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the service.
- You can export your data at any time via the dashboard.
- Tenant data is isolated at the database layer using Postgres Row Level Security.
- Data is hosted in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) via Supabase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- do anything unlawful;
- access systems or data you are not authorised to access;
- impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- resell the service without our written agreement;
- upload malicious code; or
- submit false or fraudulent data to the ATO or any other body through our platform.
6. Payments and pricing
Paid plans are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice.
7. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Google Calendar, Xero, Mailchimp, the ATO), you authorise OneBookPlus to exchange data with that service as needed. Each third party is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. A full list of subprocessors is at /trust.
8. Tax and financial disclaimer
OneBookPlus is not a registered tax agent, BAS agent, or financial adviser. Reports, calculations, and lodgement tools are for guidance and convenience. You are responsible for verifying figures with a qualified professional before lodging with the ATO.
9. Availability and support
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, OneBookPlus is provided "as is", our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from the dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
- On termination, we retain data for 30 days for recovery, after which it may be deleted.
- Financial and ATO lodgement records are retained for the periods required by Australian law.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
