Can it handle session packs for tutoring?
Yes. Create a 5-session or 10-session pack at your hourly rate and send it as a single GST-compliant invoice at the start of the block — that works today. The optional Class Pack Tracker app (coming soon) will then auto-deduct a credit per session and prompt you when the pack drops to 1 session remaining. Today, you mark sessions taught manually and fire the next pack invoice when you're ready.
Does it work for both 1-on-1 and small group tutoring?
1-on-1 is the primary use case. For small group sessions (e.g. siblings or a HSC study group), you can book the same time slot to multiple students and the system will track each student's pack balance separately. Large class-based tutoring centres need a more specialised tool.
Can parents book and reschedule sessions themselves?
Yes. Each family gets a portal where they can request rescheduling within your cancellation window and see their pack balance, past sessions and invoices. You stay in control of which slots are bookable.

Student records (names, parent contact, session notes) are stored in the tenant's isolated Supabase database — row-level security means another tenant can't see your data even if they share infrastructure. OneBookPlus itself doesn't store the operator's WWCC; verification lives between you and the relevant state authority (e.g. NSW Office of the Children's Guardian, VIC Service Victoria). Australian Privacy Principles (APP) compliance: each tenant's data is yours to export or delete; CSV export of student notes is one click and a soft-delete restores notes within 30 days. AI features can be disabled per-tenant if you'd rather no third-party LLM ever sees student-identifiable text.
