Standard paragraph
150-word version
OneBookPlus is an Australian-owned, all-in-one business management platform built in Melbourne for small and medium businesses across more than 40 industries — from trades and cleaning to healthcare, fitness, retail and professional services. It replaces fragmented stacks like Xero + ServiceM8 + HubSpot + Calendly + Mailchimp with a single AU-hosted product that handles invoicing, online bookings, CRM, marketing, point-of-sale and Australian compliance (GST, ABN and BAS) natively. A generous free plan lets sole traders start without a credit card, while paid tiers unlock advanced automation, multi-team workflows and industry-specific apps from a built-in marketplace. By keeping data on Australian infrastructure and pricing in AUD, OneBookPlus removes the friction of stitching together overseas SaaS — giving operators one system, one bill, and one source of truth for the whole business.
Press-release intro
500-word version
Melbourne, Australia — OneBookPlus is an Australian-owned, all-in-one business management platform purpose-built for the way small and medium Australian businesses actually run. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Melbourne, the company offers a single AU-hosted product that replaces the patchwork of overseas SaaS tools — typically Xero for accounts, ServiceM8 for jobs, HubSpot for CRM, Calendly for bookings and Mailchimp for marketing — with one integrated platform. Today, OneBookPlus supports more than 40 Australian industries, spanning trades (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, HVAC, builders), cleaning (residential, commercial, end-of-lease, strata), healthcare (dentists, physios, aged care, nursing), hospitality (cafes, restaurants, hotels), retail and point-of-sale, fitness (gyms, personal trainers, yoga and pilates studios), education (tutors, music teachers), professional services (accountants, tax agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, consultants) and automotive (mechanics, panel beaters, tyre shops, detailers). Every workflow is wired into Australian compliance from day one: GST-correct invoicing, ABN validation, BAS-ready reporting, AUD pricing, and data residency on Australian infrastructure. Operators get invoicing and quoting, online 24/7 bookings, a full CRM with client history and pipeline, finance reporting (P&L, GST, BAS), email marketing and review management, point-of-sale, table management for hospitality, and a live business dashboard — all under one login and one bill. A generous free plan lets sole traders and side-hustlers get started without a credit card; paid tiers unlock advanced automation, multi-team workflows, custom branding, and industry-specific apps from a built-in marketplace that includes integrations with Google Reviews, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp and more. OneBookPlus is engineered to be the operating system of an Australian small business — replacing five to ten overseas subscriptions with one product that already understands the way Australian operators invoice, book, pay tax, and grow. By unifying these workflows on a single AU-hosted platform, the company aims to give Australian operators back the time, margin and visibility they lose to disconnected software.

Bishal Shrestha
Founder & CEO, OneBookPlus
Bishal Shrestha founded OneBookPlus in 2024 to give Australian small businesses one place to run their business — instead of the usual shelf of separate subscriptions for invoicing, scheduling, CRM, accounting, and marketing. Based in Melbourne, he built the platform GST-native, ABN-aware, and AU-hosted from day one. He works directly with tradies, clinicians, cafe owners and other Australian operators to keep the product grounded in how real businesses actually run.
